He is a fitness enthusiast and if you aspire to be like him as well, here’s a “big tip” that Milind shared in his new Instagram post: “Be regular and be patient.”

In his post, Milind shared a picture of himself as he posed at a picturesque location. There is a short clip as well in which Milind was seen doing push-ups on the banks of a river.

The note that accompanies Milind’s post is a must-read: “People often ask me how I built my triceps, which I am showing off over here. There is no substitute for hard work. But it doesn’t have to be that hard either!”

In fact, Milind emphasised on the fact that consistency is key. “Just one minute of push-ups every day can get you started, and then you can progress to many varieties of push-ups, including hand stand push-ups, you can make it as hard as you want. Big tip – be regular and be patient,” he said.
